Position Overview

Become an essential part of the team at Drake's Houston, where you will be tasked with ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchenware and equipment. As a Kitchen Sanitation Specialist, your contributions will be vital to the seamless functioning of our culinary operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a consistent supply of sanitized dishes, pots, pans, and utensils
  • Prepare the kitchen for subsequent shifts by thoroughly cleaning cooking stations
  • Conduct detailed cleaning of kitchen appliances and machinery
  • Assist in the receipt and proper storage of deliveries
  • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors
  • Dispose of waste and ensure garbage receptacles are clean
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to assist with various tasks

Requirements:
