Job Summary
The Dishroom Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dish area, ensuring the proper washing and sanitizing of dishware, and adhering to high safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities
  • Wash and sanitize all dishes, pots, and pans from the restaurant and kitchen
  • Restock plate ware for the restaurant and kitchen
  • Maintain a clean and organized dish area, including the dishwashing machine, sinks, and drains
  • Practice and uphold proper safety and sanitation procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a related role preferred
  • Food Handler certification required
  • Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times

Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and climbing stairs
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds at times
