Job Overview

Quest Global is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead global engineering initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will drive projects from inception to closure, working closely with cross-functional teams and managers to achieve outstanding results.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with 10 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably with a background in business administration, project management, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have expertise in manufacturing engineering processes, excellent project management and organizational skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop project schedules and WBS, estimate work hours, and maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
  • Stakeholder Management: Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings, document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings, and prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
  • Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams and work independently, demonstrating high personal energy and self-accountability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • 10 years of experience in project coordination or management.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing engineering processes.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
