Job Description: As an Installation Project Manager, you will directly supervise installation of Crane Systems and products onsite for customers nationwide. Key Responsibilities: Balance customer satisfaction, team communication, and project progress to unlock successful project completion. Skillfully coordinate existing customer production with high-level leaders, skilled engineers, technicians, quality partners, and subcontractors. Bring your experience with large-scale, industrial mechanical projects to integrate with our teams in the field.

Success Criteria: Flawless and timely execution depends on your ability to keep all project details and team members moving toward the finish line simultaneously without compromising safety. Ensure accurate tracking of assigned personnel and subcontractors, meticulous Scope of Work management, and effective Change Order Management.

Required Skills and Qualifications: US Person Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent from a four-year College or University. PMP Certification preferred. 3+ years of Project Planning/Management experience driving large highly regulated contracts. Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Excellent written and oral communication skills, exceptional organizational skills, and attention to detail. Ability to travel domestically and respond promptly to customer needs. Familiarity with electromechanical systems, hydraulics, mechanical systems, electrical systems, and control software.
