The technician must demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of anesthesia delivery systems, monitoring devices, and relevant safety protocols. A strong grasp of human anatomy and physiology as it pertains to anesthesia care is essential.
QualificationsCandidates should possess a High School Diploma or GED. Previous experience in an operating room or anesthesia setting is preferred. Certification in CPR is mandatory for all direct patient care roles, with additional certifications such as ACLS and PALS required for specific departments.
