Position Overview

Join Our Team

The Baltimore Regional Housing Partnership (BRHP) is seeking a dedicated Housing Choice Voucher Supervisor. In this pivotal role, you will assist low-income families in securing quality housing options within the Baltimore area and its neighboring regions.

Primary Duties

  • Ensure adherence to program regulations and compliance standards
  • Oversee eligibility assessments and the leasing process
  • Lead and mentor a team of up to 7 personnel
  • Facilitate the smooth operation of the Housing Choice Voucher Department
  • Deliver exceptional service to all program participants and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a comparable housing assistance program
  • Certification in the Housing Choice Voucher program
  • At least three years of supervisory experience

Preferred Skills

  • Outstanding communication abilities
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
