Job Overview

As a Senior Attorney Leader in our Personal Injury Pre-Litigation department, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of attorneys and case managers in the pursuit of achieving the largest wrongful death, TBI, catastrophic injury, and major orthopedic settlements possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a significant caseload and a team of Case Managers, ensuring effective case management and resolution.
  • Provide exceptional client service, delivering informative and compassionate support to clients.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments, including Property Damage, Case Management, Demands/Negotiation, and Liens, to ensure seamless case progression.
  • Communicate regularly with clients regarding legal strategy and treatment plans, ensuring transparency and trust.
  • Analyze fact patterns to help establish liability and clear coverage, driving successful case outcomes.
Requirements
  • Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Personal Injury law, with a strong focus on pre-litigation settlement.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to supervise and provide guidance and counsel.
  • Experience settling cases in the pre-litigation stage, with a proven track record of success.
  • Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required.
