Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Criminal Defense Attorney to join our team at The Matian Firm, APC. As a Senior Attorney, you will play a key role in managing complex criminal cases at the federal, state, and local level.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice to clients on their rights and options in matters related to criminal defense.
  • Represent clients in pretrial hearings and advise them on the best strategies for their case.
  • Manage court appearances, trials, and drafting motions, as well as conducting legal research and analyzing probable outcomes of cases.
  • Collaborate with our team of attorneys and legal assistants to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
  • Develop and implement effective case strategies to achieve the best possible results for our clients.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their cases and advise them on the next steps to take.

Qualifications:

  • At least 4-5 years of experience in criminal defense law.
  • Proven track record of handling complex criminal cases at the federal, state, and local level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
