We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team in the Leola, PA region. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of workers engaged in the construction of factory-built housing within our manufacturing plant.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in the construction of factory-built housing within a manufacturing plant.
  • Examine Blueprints: Examine blueprints to determine dimensions of structure.
  • Study Production Schedules: Study production schedules and assign employees as required to meet production schedules.
  • Interpret Company Policies: Interpret company policies to workers and enforce safety regulations.
  • Establish Work Procedures: Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
  • Recommend Improvements: Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
  • Analyze and Resolve Work Problems: Analyze and resolve work problems or assist workers in solving work problems.
  • Initiate Motivation Plans: Initiate or suggest plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.
  • Calculate Time Card Totals: Calculate time card totals and production records.
  • Estimate and Inspect Materials: Estimate, requisition, and inspect materials.
  • Set Up Machines and Equipment: Set up machines and equipment.

**Supervisory Responsibilities**

Directly supervise employees in the plant. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

**Qualifications**
