Job Summary

Champion Home Builders is seeking a skilled Production Worker to join our team in the Leola, PA facility. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for building manufactured housing with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform manual labor on the production line to build manufactured housing
  • Work collaboratively with a team to achieve production goals
  • Read and use tape measures, blueprints, and orders
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure smooth production
  • Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools as needed
Requirements
  • Less than high school education or up to one month of related experience or training
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or modular housing is desired
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and move more than 100 pounds
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work quickly and methodically
  • Good teamwork skills and ability to live the Champion Operating Principles
