Avera Oahe Manor is seeking a Flex Nurse – Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) dedicated to providing exceptional nursing care in patient-centered environments.

Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the RN will oversee the planning and coordination of direct care services for residents.
Act as a core member of the interdisciplinary care team.Possess the authority to assess, plan, evaluate, and educate in patient care scenarios.
Fulfill administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required.
An Associate's Degree is mandatory, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Must hold a valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in South Dakota or meet multi-state licensure requirements.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is necessary.
Work Schedule:
Flexible day/night shifts; PRN
Shifts from 6:00 am - 6:30 pm or 6:00 pm - 6:30 am
6 weekend shifts annually
