Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a primary care provider, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, conducting health assessments, and developing treatment plans. Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing medical services and health education to patients under the supervision of a physician sponsor
  • Conducting health assessments and developing treatment plans
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives and staying up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices

Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A master's degree in nursing or a related field
  • A current CNP license and DEA certification
  • Experience working in a primary care setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
