Clinic Director Job Description

Fast Pace Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Clinic Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring that our mission, philosophy, and procedures are upheld by all staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the clinic's operations, including scheduling, staffing, training, and administrative duties.
• Oversee clinic metrics, such as clinical quality, patient satisfaction, and visits.
• Analyze patient satisfaction survey feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Plan and conduct monthly clinic meetings to communicate with staff and address any concerns.
• Manage clinic services and resources to meet operational and financial objectives.
• Monitor completion of required training classes for clinic staff.
• Create and manage the clinic schedule, approve expense requests, timesheets, and PTO, ensuring adequate coverage levels.
• Conduct interviews for clinical staff and make hiring recommendations.
• Respond to clinical complaints and address any issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN), Physician Assistant Studies (MSPA), or Physical Therapy.
• At least two years of healthcare management experience, preferably in urgent care or occupational medical facilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
