Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and maintenance for end-user devices, including PCs, scanners, printers, mobile devices, and carts.
  • Perform break/fix and maintenance activities either remotely or at the end-user's location.
  • Configure and deploy new end-user equipment to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Participate in and support projects that impact end-user equipment, ensuring minimal disruption to clinical operations.
  • Recognize the impact of job functions on business operations and patient care, adjusting focus accordingly to meet the needs of the organization.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Information Systems/Computer Science or equivalent technical training desired.
  • Minimum of 1-year work experience or equivalent training/education working with Windows and desktop configuration and support.
  • Successful work experience identifying PC problems to a functional level and handling repetitive telephone calls.
  • Help Desk experience and healthcare knowledge a plus.
  • Proven track record of taking on additional responsibilities and adapting to changing priorities.

Physical Demands:

  • Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 20 lbs. of force frequently and/or up to 10 lbs. of force constantly.
