Job Summary

As a Restoration Technician at Voda Cleaning and Restoration, you will play a vital role in restoring homes and businesses to their former glory. Your expertise will be essential in delivering exceptional service and earning a reputation as the go-to experts for cleaning and restoration needs.

Responsibilities
  • Effectively perform all restoration services offered by the company, including water or storm damage restoration, mold mitigation, air duct cleaning, and odor removal.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance and vehicle maintenance to ensure the company's fleet is always in top condition.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure it meets the company's high standards.
  • Complete the technician's daily log and Work Orders to track progress and ensure accuracy.
  • Complete appropriate restoration documentation to maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
  • Maintain inventory of related supplies to ensure timely completion of restoration services.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) and adequate math skills.
  • Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity.
  • Certification in performing appropriate services, such as water mitigation, mold remediation, and fire and smoke damage restoration.
  • 1 year of floor cleaning experience preferred, and/or some form of specialty cleaning, such as stripping and waxing commercial space flooring, air duct cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, or upholstery cleaning.
  • Highly desired certificates from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC).
