We are seeking a skilled Restoration Specialist to join our team at Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Houston-Sugar Land. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional restoration services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Perform all restoration services, including water mitigation, mold remediation, and trauma scene cleaning, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide timely updates on service completion.
- Maintain equipment and vehicles to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets our high standards.
- Complete daily logs and work orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including inventory of tools and supplies.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Adequate math skills to determine equipment needs and calculate costs.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in email and reporting software.
- Certification in water mitigation, mold remediation, and other relevant areas is preferred.
- 1 year of experience in floor cleaning or specialty cleaning is preferred.
- Opportunities for advancement to leadership roles, including Crew Chief and Technician positions.
