Role Overview:
As a Sales Specialist at Stance, your primary responsibility is to provide outstanding customer service. You will represent the Stance brand, reflecting values such as creative expression, commitment to performance, and excellence. Your focus will be on ensuring that every customer enjoys a memorable shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing strong relationships with customers and promoting the Stance experience
- Leveraging brand and product knowledge to assist customers in selecting the right items
- Maintaining awareness of store departments, operating the cash register, managing inventory, and setting up visual displays
- Becoming a product expert and serving as a resource for both customers and colleagues
- Ensuring daily restocking of merchandise and upholding merchandising standards
- Supporting team members with various tasks to facilitate smooth store operations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience in specialty retail
- Self-driven with strong entrepreneurial capabilities
