Job Summary

This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the construction site and completing minor punch-out tasks under the supervision of the construction management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the job site, including yard duties such as watering grass and pulling weeds.
  • Complete punch-out tasks for minor warranty, frame, paint, sheetrock, carpentry, and other similar tasks as assigned.
  • Work collaboratively with the construction management team to ensure efficient site operations.
Requirements
  • Current, valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record and reliable transportation to work in multiple locations.
  • Minimum of one year of relevant construction assistant responsibilities.
  • Ability to use basic hand tools.
