Job Summary

This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Perform yard duties, including watering and landscaping
  • Complete punch-out tasks for minor warranty and maintenance issues
  • Assist with other construction-related tasks as assigned
Requirements
  • Current, valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Minimum one year of relevant construction experience
  • Ability to use basic hand tools
