Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee daily environmental services tasks, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results">
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding promptly to their needs and concerns">
  • Collaborate with the supervisor to manage inventory, supplies, and equipment, promoting efficient operations">
  • Assist with scheduling tasks, personnel assignments, and training new employees on job duties, infection control, and other essential policies">
  • Inspect designated areas to ensure cleanliness and identify opportunities for improvement">
  • Perform basic handyman tasks, such as changing light bulbs, plugging toilets, and hanging pictures">
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion">

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred">
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in an environmental services position, including housekeeping, laundry assistance, janitorial work, or houseman duties">
  • Verifiable experience using cleaning equipment, such as buffers, extractors, power washers, and carpet cleaners">
  • Ability to complete tasks and self-schedule work assignments effectively">
  • Experience operating dollies, hand trucks, and flatbeds">
  • Basic computer competency">
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently">
  • Must possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent problem-solving skills">

Working Conditions:

This role involves moderate to heavy physical activity, requiring the ability to exert up to 75 pounds of force occasionally, up to 45 pounds frequently, and up to 22 pounds constantly. You will be standing, walking, and grasping frequently, with occasional sitting, crawling, kneeling, and squatting.

Salary Information:

">

The estimated salary range for this position is between $ $$42,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
