Reports to: Facilities/Purchasing Manager

Job Overview: The Housekeeper is responsible for delivering cleaning services and related tasks within a financial institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute cleaning and maintenance duties across various financial institution locations.
  • Ensure kitchen supplies are adequately stocked and maintained.
  • Oversee the cleanliness of the building's exterior.

Additional Responsibilities:

Work independently on routine tasks with minimal supervision; standard procedures allow for self-direction in daily responsibilities, with occasional oversight during task execution; completion of work is reviewed post-activity.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent; one to three months of relevant experience or training; or a suitable combination of education and experience.

Essential Skills:

  • Ability to read and understand simple instructions, brief correspondence, and memos.
  • Competence in basic arithmetic operations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Ability to apply common sense to follow written, oral, or diagrammatic instructions.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Physical Requirements:

Moderate physical activity is required, involving somewhat strenuous daily tasks. Manual dexterity is necessary for handling items and working with fingers. The ability to lift up to 10 pounds is essential.

Work Environment:

Work is performed in a well-lit, climate-controlled indoor office setting with adequate ventilation. Moderate noise levels are typical, with potential outdoor exposure to varying weather conditions.

Work Schedule:

Shifts may vary, contributing to a 40-hour workweek, with availability for overtime as required.
