About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at Sodexo. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and season meats and vegetables using skill in frying, grilling and sautéing.
  • Prepare and season starches, vegetables and other side hot food items.
  • Perform food preparation work for cooking, including seasoning.
  • Measure and mix ingredients according to recipe.
  • Deep fry, grill and sauté food items to the required standards.
