Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. As a Behavior Technician, you will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

The ideal candidate will be patient, empathetic, and able to work well in a team environment. We offer comprehensive training to ensure that our employees are equipped to provide high-quality care to our clients.

As a Behavior Technician, you will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. You will also have the opportunity to make a real difference in the life of a child and their family.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA
  • Work one-on-one with children with autism, using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
  • Reduce interfering behaviors and promote positive behavioral change
Requirements
  • Patient, empathetic, and able to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to obtain a CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test (if not already obtained)
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
  • Registered Behavior Technician Certification required within 45 days of completing onboarding requirements

Estimated salary: $20-$23 per hour. Requirements include a High school diploma or GED, 18+ years of age, and ability to move in various positions.
