As a member of the direct care team, the CNA is responsible for collecting patient information, providing routine and delegated direct patient care activities, and communicating with the Registered Nurse to prioritize workload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect patient information and provide direct patient care
- Complete routine and delegated direct patient care activities
- Communicate and collaborate with the Registered Nurse to prioritize workload
Requirements:
- Must have or has had a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification awarded by the State of Wisconsin
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) within three months of hire
Work Environment:
Flexible scheduling with variable night shifts, including a weekend and holiday rotation
