Production Manager

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of production schedules to ensure timely delivery. This role requires strong leadership skills to motivate and develop production teams, ensuring product quality and regulatory compliance. The Production Manager will also drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles and innovation to enhance efficiency.

- Support and utilize Lean Manufacturing principles and other methodologies to optimize production.
- Drive innovation in production processes and adopt new technologies as needed.
- Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely product delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth production workflows.
- Monitor production KPIs such as efficiency, absorption, quality, and safety.
- Manage and allocate resources to meet production targets.
- Optimize production processes to boost productivity and reduce waste.

- Supervise, hire, train, and evaluate staff performance.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
