Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced School Psychologist to join our team as a contract School Psychologist for the upcoming school year. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a exceptional school district in Ringgold, GA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive school psychological services to students, including assessments, interventions, and counseling.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' strengths and needs.
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans to support students with challenging behaviors.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support to students and staff as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as a School Psychologist within the last 3 years.
  • Valid School Psychologist credential/license or in process in the state of practice.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and other professionals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
