We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Advocate in our Small Format stores. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging experience for our guests, ensuring they feel valued and satisfied with their shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional guest service, anticipating and meeting the needs of our guests
- Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock and merchandise products, including setting up displays and maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Process and fulfill guest requests, including handling returns and exchanges
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time
