About the Role:

The Risk Adjustment Data Reporting Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing and reporting on complex business metrics, providing technical assistance to lower-level staff, and developing recommendations to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and report on data related to business metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain databases to track business performance, ensuring accurate and timely data.
  • Provide technical assistance to lower-level staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to succeed.
  • Develop and analyze business performance reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with relational databases and query tools, such as SQL.
  • Knowledge of statistical software, such as R or Python.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand complex business metrics and develop recommendations to drive business performance.
