Position Summary

The Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing the residential treatment program, ensuring the effective provision of therapeutic services and compliance with treatment protocols, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Trained in Safe Crisis Management (SCM) and Emergency Safety Physical Interventions (ESPI), maintaining current certifications.
  2. Certified in CPR and First Aid, with ongoing training.
  3. Must be at least 21 years old and possess a Master's Degree in Social Work or a related discipline, along with valid licensure (LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT).
  4. Maintain licensure status as required by the State of Kentucky.
  5. Have a minimum of two years of post-graduate experience supervising treatment for children with emotional and behavioral challenges, demonstrating strong management and leadership skills.
  6. Possess a valid driver's license and undergo a thorough background check.
  7. Ensure compliance with training requirements as outlined in policy.
