ProCare Therapy Seeks Experienced School Psychologist

The 2024-25 school year presents an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist to join ProCare Therapy in Roseville, MN. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students by providing psychological assessments, counseling, and support services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify student needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.
  • Provide individual and group counseling services to address emotional, social, and academic issues.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and 504 plans.
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to review student progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of school-wide programs to promote a positive school climate.
  • Offer crisis intervention and support to students and staff as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of student services and progress.

Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology is required.
  • Valid School Psychologist certification/license in the state is essential.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of child and adolescent development is necessary.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of students, parents, and staff is essential.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in school psychology is expected.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of $85,000-$110,000 per annum.
