Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Scheduling Assistant to join our team at La Copa Ventures, Inc. in Hutto, TX. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for managing our office calendar, coordinating schedules, and providing exceptional support to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and maintain the office calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  2. Coordinate with team members to ensure schedules align and conflicts are resolved.
  3. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and colleagues to schedule appointments and meetings.
  4. Assist in organizing and preparing materials for meetings and events.
  5. Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry, filing, and answering phone calls.
Requirements
  1. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Smart sheets.
  6. Previous experience in office administration or scheduling is preferred but not required.
  7. Bi-lingual a Plus.
