We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Scheduling Assistant to join our team at La Copa Ventures, Inc. in Hutto, TX. Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain the office calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure schedules align and conflicts are resolved.

- Assist in organizing and preparing materials for meetings and events.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry, filing, and answering phone calls.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
