Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim to the highest standards.
  • Clean and sanitize rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms.
  • Sweep, scrub, finish, and polish floors to a high shine.
  • Clean and maintain rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
  • Dust and polish furniture and equipment.
  • Polish metalwork and wash walls, ceilings, and woodwork.
  • Wash windows, door panels, and sills.
  • Empty wastebaskets and ashtrays, and transport trash and waste to disposal areas.
Work Environment

As a Housekeeping Operations Lead, you will work in a fast-paced environment with occasional exposure to high places and fumes or airborne particles. You will be required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and talk or hear.

Requirements
  • No prior experience or training is required.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
