Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Endodontist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, develop personalized treatment plans, and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in endodontic techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct comprehensive exams, interpret radiographs, and develop treatment plans for dental pulp and periapical diseases.
  2. Perform root canal therapy, including cleaning, shaping, and sealing the root canal system.
  3. Provide surgical endodontic treatments, such as apicoectomy, and manage complex cases like root fractures or foreign object removal.
  4. Handle traumatic dental injuries and perform vital pulp therapy, apexogenesis, or apexification as needed.
  5. Manage dental emergencies, providing pain relief and administering anesthesia for patient comfort.
  6. Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment options, and collaborate with other dental specialists for multidisciplinary care.
  7. Refer patients to specialists when advanced care is needed.

  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effectively interacting with patients, colleagues, and staff.
  3. Ability to explain complex medical information clearly to both professionals and the general public.

  5. Capable of providing guidance and training to professional and technical staff within the field.

Qualifications:

  1. DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
  2. Completed accredited endodontic residency program.
  3. Board-certified or board-eligible in endodontics.
  4. Active state licensure to practice endodontics.
  5. Strong clinical skills with expertise in root canal therapy and endodontic surgery.
