Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled LPN/LPN to join our team as a Private Duty Nurse in La Quinta, CA. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, prioritizing tasks and interventions based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Perform other LPN duties as assigned.
- Current Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices.
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior Nurse experience preferred.
