Cocktail Server

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Cocktail Server to join our team at the Choctaw Resort Development Enterprise. As a key member of our beverage service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Provide Prompt and Efficient Service: Deliver exceptional beverage service to our guests, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
• Utilize SmartTender System: Effectively use the SmartTender Automated Bartending system to create guest beverages and maintain a high level of accuracy.
• Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment: Ensure that the bar area and surrounding spaces are clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
• Communicate Effectively: Maintain a good working relationship with colleagues and provide daily detailed communications with the Beverage Manager, Shift Supervisors, and other team members.
• Meet Quality and Safety Standards: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure a safe and quality beverage service experience for our guests.

• Age and Gaming Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Choctaw Gaming Commission.
• Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a beverage service role is an asset.
• Special Qualifications: Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required. Serv-Safe certification and C.A.R.E. certification are mandatory.

The noise level in the work environment is loud, and you must be able to work in a smoke-filled environment. You will be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
