Cocktail Server

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cocktail Server to join our team at the Choctaw Resort Development Enterprise. As a Cocktail Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to our guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous beverage service to guests in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Take and fill all beverage orders, and assist in maintaining the gaming area in a clean and neat manner.
• Utilize the SmartTender Automated Bartending system to create guest beverages.
• Obtain and open bottles of beer requested by guests.
• Create frozen non-alcoholic drinks utilizing a frozen blending machine.
• Monitor guest needs on a continual basis, ensuring all beverage requests are promptly fulfilled.
• Maintain a good working relationship with the Beverage Manager, Beverage Shift Supervisors, Food and Beverages Leaders, and other co-workers to produce a smoothly and efficiently run operation.
• Maintain assigned area for cleanliness.
• Assist other beverage personnel with maintenance (side work, opening/closing duties) as necessary.

• 21 years of age or above.
• Gaming property - Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Choctaw Gaming Commission.
• High School diploma or GED is preferred.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required.
• Serv-Safe certified or certifiable within 180 days.
• C.A.R.E. (Controlling Alcohol Risks Effectively) certified before starting to work.

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a high level of noise and activity. The associate must be able to work in a smoke-filled environment and wear latex, vinyl, or rubber gloves as needed. The associate must also be able to lift or maneuver at least thirty (30) pounds and perform position responsibilities and excessive standing/walking 90% of the shift.
