Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives and participate in environmental, health, and safety programs.
  • Achieve both individual and departmental performance objectives.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and support teams to address and resolve technical challenges.
  • Utilize our operational system to manage daily tasks effectively.
  • Exhibit safe working practices and maintain a tidy workspace.
  • Employ necessary tools and equipment to conduct assigned tasks in compliance with industry regulations.
  • Inspect and evaluate components and modules, determining their disposition.
  • Execute rework, repairs, and the ordering of components as necessary.
  • Assemble, disassemble, clean, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair various manufactured accessory components.
  • Ensure compliance with specified configurations by checking clearances, tolerances, and alignment.
  • Document data to meet acceptance or rejection criteria based on approved maintenance data.
  • Identify components accurately using part numbers and serial numbers.
  • Conduct electrical continuity and insulation resistance tests on electromechanical devices.
  • Work during the second shift.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a diploma.
  • Must be a U.S. Person as defined by applicable regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Possession of an A&P license.
  • Experience in troubleshooting aircraft systems.
