Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Parts Specialist to join our team at O'Reilly Auto Parts. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and supporting store management in achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including automotive parts, accessories, and services.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products and services, and provide recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  • Support store management in achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals, including maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and company policies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
