Key Responsibilities- Patient-Centered Care: Obtain detailed patient histories, conduct thorough physical examinations, and measure vital signs to assess and monitor patient health.
- Empower Patient Wellness: Champion patient success by guiding individuals through examinations and treatments with compassion, ensuring patient comfort and confidence during medical procedures and consultations.
- Facilitate Coordination and Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for patients, facilitating clear communication and ensuring continuity of care, coordinating referrals to specialists, diagnostic tests, and follow-up appointments.
- Excellence in Clinical Practice: Conduct and interpret diagnostic tests and screenings accurately to aid in timely diagnoses, perform minor procedures, and assist physicians during examinations.
- Maintain Clinical Standards: Uphold rigorous standards of cleanliness and safety in examination rooms and procedural areas, sterilize and maintain medical instruments and supplies, and adhere to infection control protocols.
- Strong commitment to a team dynamic and ability to take initiative.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively relate to all medical staff and patients.
- Strong work ethic, comprehension, and deductive reasoning.
- Ability to learn new techniques and adapt to changing situations.
- Electronic Medical Records experience.
- Phlebotomy certification.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- $22 per hour, commensurate with experience.
