Job Description

This is a full-time, exempt position on a full school year calendar cycle, located at our school sites. As an Assistant Principal, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the School Leader's vision and taking an active role in mobilizing teachers to achieve collective goals.
  • Leveraging data analysis to drive instruction and inform decision-making.
  • Coaching and developing emerging leaders, including Department Heads and Grade Level Chairs.
  • Managing school-wide character development and behavior management systems.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an educator, preferably with leadership or teacher-leader experience.
  • A valid California teaching credential or out-of-state equivalent.
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and transportation benefits. The estimated salary range for this position is between $105,000 and $125,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
