As a key member of our cabling team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and training to technicians, ensuring the installation, repair, and testing of voice, data, and audio-visual infrastructures are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and training to technicians assigned to install, repair, and test voice, data, and audio-visual infrastructures.
  • Regularly communicate with customers, the cabling group manager, or cabling supervisor to stay informed of changes in work tasks and deadlines.
  • Interact with clients, contractors, and vendors on the job site, creating a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a safe work environment for all crew members, adhering to the company's commitment to providing a safe and healthy workplace.
  • Update customer prints and documentation as required.
  • Complete work orders, material transfer forms, and other documentation required by the company.
  • Pursue ongoing education through corporate or specialty courses.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of related/relevant experience, which can be a combination of work history and education.
  • Must meet DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 certification requirements.
  • Required Clearance: Active TS/SCI, with CI Poly.
  • Ability to work independently or with other cabling service technicians performing service calls, completing adds, moves, and changes.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Visio, and Word.
