Job Description

This Advanced Practice Clinician will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in our oncology and hematology clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical practice, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Responsibilities include:

  • Assessing patients' physical and emotional needs
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Providing education and support to patients and their families
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care

A successful candidate will have a master's degree in nursing or a related field, current licensure as an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN), and certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
