General Manager Opportunity at Embassy Suites by Hilton Washington DC Chevy Chase Pavilion

We are seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead our team at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Washington DC Chevy Chase Pavilion. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving exceptional guest experiences, fostering a positive work environment, and achieving outstanding financial results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service and results
  • Manage hotel operations, including financial performance, revenue growth, and cost control
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless execution of hotel services and programs
  • Represent the hotel in the community, building relationships with local businesses and organizations
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a General Manager in a full-service hotel
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, improving guest satisfaction, and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Union hotel experience and prior Hilton experience are highly desirable
