We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Counter Manager to join our team at Clarins USA, Inc.

Job Summary

The Counter Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and driving sales growth through effective communication, strategy development, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of sales associates to achieve daily sales goals and promote Clarins products.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to achieve their full potential.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to sales associates to improve sales results.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and promote Clarins products.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4-6 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of Clarins products and services.
