Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain all assigned rooms and suites daily, including bed stripping, bathroom cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, checking of room lights, television, spot cleaning, and stocking all room supplies.
  • Report any items missing from rooms and suites.
  • Protect guest safety and well-being; be courteous to all guests and co-workers.
  • All lost and found are to be taken to the Housekeeping office as soon as they are found.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a high school education or equivalent and be able to lift up to 20 pounds. You should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

A comprehensive knowledge of the English language is required to effectively communicate with guests, associates, and vendors. Additionally, you must be able to accurately report information and follow all safety training to maintain proper health pertaining to bending, stretching, arm movement, and lifting techniques.
