Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Health and Safety protocols are prioritized by adhering to all safety practices and policies.
  • Manage various site-specific plant operations, including drum pumping, truck loading/unloading, and waste tracking.
  • Supervise multiple Plant Foremen and employees, overseeing plant operations.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Standard Operating Procedures and hold employees accountable.
  • Facilitate understanding of permit compliance standards among supervised operations and employees.
  • Work under the guidance of the Plant Operations Manager or equivalent.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management based on business needs.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • DOT training certification.
  • Forklift operation training and experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Proficient in Windows-based applications.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and days.
  • Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
