About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Freedom Pointe at The Villages. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and vital sign checks.
  • Assist residents with mealtime, including cutting food and encouraging them to eat.
  • Document shift assignments and report any issues to the nursing supervisor.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and department heads as needed.
  • Participate in planned activities and respond to emergencies in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • One (1) year experience working as a CNA/PCA/HHA/RA preferred.

We offer a competitive salary range of $21 to $23 DOE and a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
