Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Ivy Park at Belmont, a premier senior living community. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, enhancing their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and continence.
Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining their self-respect, dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
Communicate any observed or suspected resident change of condition to a supervisor immediately.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required.
Excellent customer service skills and a strong desire to work with the elderly.
Ability to pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
