About the Role

CohnReznick LLP is seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our National Tax Team in a Hybrid or Remote capacity. As a key member of our International Tax team, you will be responsible for completing tax compliance tasks, tax research, and tax planning, as well as providing iTax consulting services as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Complete tax compliance tasks, including tax research and planning
  • Provide iTax consulting services as needed
  • Support the National Tax Team in achieving its goals and objectives
Requirements
  • 5+ years of work experience in a public accounting firm
  • International Tax experience required
  • BS/BA accounting preferred; MST preferred or LLM preferred, CPA or JD degree required
  • Demonstrated writing skills and proposal development experience desired
  • Strong tax research and writing skills
  • Proven competence with MS Office and tax compliance and research software
