About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional tax services to our non-profit clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and engagements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of tax services
  • Supervise and train staff, fostering a collaborative team environment
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, applying this knowledge to benefit our clients
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify opportunities for cross-selling and business development
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in public accounting or a related field, with 3+ years of supervisory experience
  • Active CPA certification or equivalent
  • Master's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field
